Cupping

Cupping involves the placement of "cups" on the body. It can be helpful for those suffering from pain and stiffness as it increases blood circulation and is effective to release tight muscles, fascia and reduce high tone.

 

Please beware that cupping may leave circular suction marks for a few days.

Hot Stone Massage

A hot stone massage can help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
