Do you offer health fund rebates?
Yes. We offer on-the-spot claiming through HICAPS for remedial massage appointments.
If you forget your card or can’t claim at the time of your visit, we can provide an invoice for you to claim through your health fund’s app or portal.
Please note that we are not covered by HCF. HCF claims cannot be processed through HICAPS or by invoice.

What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as you can so we can offer the time to another client.
You can cancel anytime using the link in your confirmation or reminder emails. There’s no need to call unless you prefer to.

Where do I park?
We have a car park available behind the shop through Oaka Lane.

Should I arrive early?
If it’s your first visit, arriving about 5 minutes early helps with any forms or questions.
Regular clients can simply arrive at their appointment time.​

You can book online anytime through our booking page.
If you need help or prefer to speak with someone, feel free to call or message us.

Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available in-store.
If you can’t come in, just message us and we can arrange payment by bank transfer and send you a digital voucher.

Do you accept walk-ins?
Sometimes. We are usually fully booked, but if we have a gap we’re happy to take walk-ins.
It’s always best to book ahead if you can.
