​We kindly ask that you let us know if you can't make it to your appointment. Even a quick message helps us manage our time and offer that spot to someone else.

To make things easier, you can now cancel anytime using the cancellation link in your confirmation or reminder emails - no need to call or message us directly.

No-Shows:

If you miss your appointment without notice, a 25% no-show fee may apply to cover the time set aside for you. 

Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Running Late:​

If you are running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to fit you in, but your session may need to be shortened to stay on time for the next client.
